Manage your customer relationships and profiles
The Customers section is your studio's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) hub. It allows you to keep track of everyone who interacts with your studio, from first-time visitors to long-term members.
Customer Profiles
Each customer has a dedicated profile that serves as a central source of truth for their relationship with your studio.
Key Profile Information
- Contact Details: Name, email, phone number, and address.
- Activity History: A record of all classes attended, bookings made, and purchases.
- Membership Status: See at a glance which plan they are on and when it's set to renew.
- Payment Methods: Securely store and manage cards on file for easy future purchases.
- Waivers: Track which waivers the customer has signed and view the signed documents.
- Voucher & Pass Wallets: Track available class vouchers (credits) and guest passes in their digital wallet.
Managing Customers
Creating a Profile
Customer profiles are automatically created when someone signs up through your public booking page. You can also manually create a profile in the dashboard for walk-in customers.
Search
The search bar at the top allows you to quickly search for customers based on Name or Email.
