Wellhub

Owners configure the integration under Settings > Integrations > Wellhub. It connects the studio's class schedule with Wellhub bookings.

Connect your location

1. Open the Wellhub settings page in Vygor.
2. Follow its link to the Wellhub partner Integrations page and select Vygor as the management system.
3. Copy the Organization ID shown in Vygor into the connection details requested by Wellhub.
4. If Vygor shows multiple locations, select the intended location and copy its Branch ID as well.
5. Return to Vygor and confirm the connected location appears.

Choose what to publish

1. Select a Default product for the connected location. Wellhub uses this to categorize classes.
2. Review Auto-publish. When enabled, active classes at the location are published automatically. When disabled, use the class-template publishing controls to select what appears.
3. Review any template-specific product and publishing choices.
4. Choose Save changes and check the sync status.

The page requires a default product before syncing can begin.

Set the check-in workflow

Review Require in-person check-in with the front-desk team:

• On: the member checks in through the Wellhub app, then staff confirm attendance in Vygor. Staff-confirmed check-ins are sent to Wellhub.
• Off: check-ins are confirmed automatically when the member checks in through the Wellhub app, without another front-desk action.

In Check In, review the Wellhub check-in status. If Vygor displays a warning, have the member complete the required Wellhub step before using an override. A Vygor attendance checkmark alone does not confirm that the Wellhub visit is complete.

Troubleshoot syncing

Review the location's sync status and expand any failure messages. Use Resync all to retry after addressing the issue.
