Memberships

Create and manage membership plans for your studio

Membership plans define how customers pay for and access your classes. Vygor supports a variety of membership types, from recurring monthly subscriptions to one-time class packs.

Plan Types

When creating a membership plan, you can configure it in two main ways.

Recurring Memberships

These plans automatically renew at the end of each period (e.g., monthly, weekly, yearly). Customers are billed automatically, and their class credits refresh at the start of each new period.

To configure this:

  • Set the Renewal Interval - most commonly 1 month.
  • Set the Expires After - most commonly 1 month.

One-Time Class Packs

These are single-purchase plans that provide a set number of class credits. They do not automatically renew.

To configure this:

  • Keep the Renewal Interval empty.
  • Set the Expires After to the length you desire.

Plan Features

Vygor allows you to customize each plan with specific limits and benefits.

Class Credits

You can set how many classes a member can attend within a specific period.

  • Unlimited: No limit on the number of classes.
  • Limited: For example, "8 classes per month" or "2 classes per week".

Guest Passes

Encourage members to bring friends by including guest passes in their membership. Like class credits, these can be set to refresh each period.

Intro Offers

Intro offers are special pricing or plans available only to new customers. Vygor supports several types of intro offers:

  • Pre-Booking: Available to customers who haven't booked a class yet.
  • Pre-Membership: Available to customers who haven't purchased a membership yet.
  • Self-Selected: Available for anyone to purchase once.

Managing Availability

Purchase Limit

If you want to limit the number of active members for a specific plan (e.g., a "Founding Member" special), you can set a Purchase Limit. Once the limit is reached, the plan will no longer be available for purchase.

Unlisted Plans

If you have a special plan that you only want to offer to specific customers, you can mark it as Unlisted. These plans won't appear on your public checkout page but can be sold directly by admins in the dashboard.
