Memberships
Configure recurring memberships, class packs, intro offers, and customer renewals.
A membership plan defines the price and benefits you sell. A customer's membership is their purchase of that plan. Owners manage plans under Memberships.
Create a plan
- Open Memberships and choose Add New.
- Start with a preset or enter a name, description, and price.
- Configure renewal, class credits, and guest passes using the fields below.
- Review Intro offer and Advanced options if needed.
- Save, then review the plan before making it available to customers.
Renewal and credit settings
| Field | What it controls |

| Renewal Interval | How often a recurring membership renews. Leave it blank for a one-time membership or class pack. |
| Class Credits | Number of included classes. A blank value means unlimited; zero means no class credits. |
| Refresh Interval | For recurring plans, how often credits refresh. Credits from the previous cycle expire. This can differ from the billing interval. |
| Expires After | For one-time plans, how long the credits remain available. Limited packs can have no expiration. |
| Guest Passes | Number of included guest passes. Enter zero if the plan should not include any; blank means unlimited. |
Guest passes have their own refresh or expiration setting. Unlimited one-time access needs an expiration period.

Review the guest-pass timing separately if you include passes.
Intro offers
Enable Intro offer and choose the eligibility rule shown after Before user has:
- any bookings: for customers without prior bookings.
- any memberships: for customers without prior memberships.
- this membership: for customers who have not already purchased this plan.
An intro offer cannot have a renewal interval. Use a separate recurring plan for ongoing membership.
Availability and ordering
Under Advanced:
- Set purchase limit caps plan availability. If you want to limit the number of active members, confirm the setup with Vygor; this field is not a live count of active memberships.
- Set display order controls the plan's position.
- Unlisted removes the plan from the public list while allowing staff to sell it through Point of Sale.
Sell a membership or class pack
Open Point of Sale, link the customer, and add the plan from Memberships. Review the total and payment method before completing the purchase.
Stop a customer's renewal
- Open Customers and select the customer.
- In Overview, find the membership under Active Membership.
- Open its menu and choose Cancel.
- Review the confirmation before proceeding.
Cancellation stops automatic renewal. The membership stays active until it expires, and cancellation does not issue a refund.
Get help with a membership
If a customer cannot buy an intro offer, check their existing bookings and memberships against the offer's eligibility rule.
For pauses, transfers, or other changes without a control on the customer page, contact Vygor with the customer, plan, and intended effective dates.
