This guide covers setting up business developer accounts with Apple and Google, completing verification, and inviting Vygor to both accounts.

Your studio owns the developer accounts and remains the publisher. Follow the organization-account setup below when Vygor confirms you are ready to begin.

1. Confirm your business and D-U-N-S number

Confirm that your studio qualifies as a legal entity for organization enrollment and has a D-U-N-S number. Check for an existing number before requesting another through Apple's D-U-N-S guidance or Google's organization-account guidance. A trading name alone does not establish eligibility for an Apple organization account.

Prepare these details before enrolling:

• Your legal business name and address, consistent with the D-U-N-S record and registration documents.
• A working public business website. For Apple, use a work email on your organization's domain.
• An authorized representative who can complete verification and accept agreements for the business.
• Working business contact email and phone details, and any identity or organization documents the store requests.

Google displays organization identity and developer contact details publicly on Google Play. Review which fields are public during setup. If D-U-N-S registration is unavailable in your region, contact Google about its alternative verification process before creating the account.

Review Apple's enrollment requirements and Google Play's account requirements before enrolling. If your business does not qualify for an organization account, contact Vygor before choosing another account type.

2. Set up your Apple developer account

1. Enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a business or organization.
2. Complete the enrollment and identity verification steps Apple requests, including the membership payment shown during enrollment.
3. Respond to any follow-up requests from Apple. This may include verification that the person enrolling has authority to sign legal agreements for your business.
4. Wait for enrollment approval and access to App Store Connect.

Use an Apple Account with two-factor authentication enabled. Keep the studio's Account Holder available for agreements and membership renewal.

3. Invite Vygor to App Store Connect

Once your Apple enrollment is approved:

1. Open Users and Access in App Store Connect.
2. Invite apple@vygorai.com.
3. Assign the Admin role and send the invitation.

Vygor must also confirm access to the development resources needed to build and sign the app. See Apple's user-access instructions.

4. Set up your Google Play developer account

1. Sign up for Google Play Console using a business or organization account.
2. Complete the registration payment and identity verification steps Google requests.
3. Resolve any outstanding verification requests before marking your account setup complete.

5. Invite Vygor to Google Play Console

1. Open Users and permissions in Google Play Console and choose Invite new users. You can also use the prefilled Vygor invitation link.
2. Enter google@vygorai.com if the email is not already filled in.
3. Under Permissions > Account permissions, select Admin (all permissions).
4. Send the invitation.

Vygor requests the Admin roles above for app development. If either account also contains other apps, confirm the access with Vygor before sending invitations. See Google's permissions guide for details about each role.

6. Send your setup update to Vygor

Send the following in your studio's Discord channel. Complete verification directly with Apple and Google; use account invitations to give Vygor access rather than sharing passwords or authentication codes.

Completion checklist

• Your studio is a registered business and has a D-U-N-S number.
• Apple developer enrollment and verification are complete.
• apple@vygorai.com has been invited to App Store Connect as Admin.
• Google Play developer registration and verification are complete.
• google@vygorai.com has been invited with Admin (all permissions).
• Vygor has confirmed access to both accounts.
• You have shared any remaining blockers with Vygor.
