Stripe

Connect your studio to Stripe for payments and payouts

Vygor integrates with Stripe to handle all your financial transactions securely. This includes customer payments for memberships and classes, as well as payouts to your studio's bank account.

Order a card reader

In order to accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in-person, you need a card reader. Readers can be purchased from Stripe here - https://dashboard.stripe.com/terminal/shop. A list of supported readers can be found below.

Setting Up Your Terminal

Once your reader arrives, follow these steps to connect it to Vygor:

1. Power On and Charge

Charge the reader using the provided USB-C cable. Hold the power button on the right side until the screen illuminates.

2. Connect to Wi-Fi

  • Swipe right from the left edge of the screen to open the settings menu.
  • Enter the admin PIN: 07139.
  • Select Network Settings and connect to your studio's Wi-Fi.

3. Generate Pairing Code

In the same settings menu, select Generate Pairing Code. This code is valid for 5 minutes.

4. Register with Vygor

Contact our team with your pairing code, and we will link the reader to your studio's Vygor account. Once registered, the reader will appear in your Point of Sale payment options.


Testing the Connection

To verify that your reader is ready for use:

  1. Open your Vygor dashboard and navigate to Point of Sale.
  2. Add a test item (like a $1 water bottle) to the cart.
  3. Click Continue and select Terminal as the payment method.
  4. Choose your reader from the list.
  5. If you see your reader name, you are all set!
