Studio

Use an Owner account to set up your studio. If a settings page is unavailable, ask the studio owner to check your team role.

Add your studio information

1. Open Settings > General > Information.
2. Select the edit icon beside Studio Details.
3. Enter your studio's name, email, phone number, website URL, and description, and upload its image.
4. Save your changes and review the information shown on the page.

The page also displays your location. If the address is incorrect, contact Vygor with the correction. Coordinate changes to Booking Page URL with Vygor when setting up your website.

Add policy links and documents

Open Settings > General > Terms & Waivers to add:

• Your Terms of Service Link and Privacy Policy Link.
• A PDF for the General Waiver.
• A PDF for Membership Terms & Conditions.

These are separate settings. See Waivers & Policies for the upload and front-desk workflow.

Set up tax rates

1. Open Settings > Retail > Taxes.
2. Select the edit control.
3. Enter your Class Tax Rate, Membership Tax Rate, and Product Tax Rate as percentages.
4. Save and review the totals in checkout.

Use the tax rates that apply to your studio's classes, memberships, and products.
